Access Issues
We have had ongoing issues with access to certain academic databases and other resources like eBooks, articles, journals, and media from off-campus. These are the result of required changes to the way SEMO's Single-Sign-On (SSO) system interacts with the providers of these services.
We are working to fix these as quickly as possible.
If you have an SE Key (SEMO Login) and are having difficulty accessing any of Kent Library's online resources, please email us at kentsystems@semo.edu. Please provide as much detail as possible, such as the search terms used, title of the resource you are trying to view, and the exact error message or behavior that is occurring. Please provide screen captures if possible.
