Special Collections and Archives welcomes queries from offsite patrons. Unfortunately, we are unable to conduct extensive research in response to submitted questions. Patrons are encouraged to visit Special Collections in person or contact us for information about local researchers for hire.

We are happy to assist with requests for general information about our manuscript, photograph, and rare book holdings, as well as regional history and the history of Southeast Missouri State University. The typical turnaround time for reference queries is 7–10 days.
