Special Guest Lecturer–Dr. Donovan C. Chau, California State University at San Bernardino.

Dr. Chau currently teaches on the campus of California State University at San Bernardino, where his research focus is on International Politics, Strategic Studies, East Asia, and Africa.  He received his Ph.D. in 2005 from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.  Donovan is considered a subject matter expert in the fields of Terrorism, Counterterrorism, and Homeland Security.

This special lecture will share knowledge and understanding of a continent not well understood or even considered in the United States, which is a detriment to U.S. interests and policies now and in the future.
