Policy for Reserving KL Room 335

Policy for Reserving KL335 and KL411

KL 335 Policy

One room on the third floor of Kent Library may be reserved.  It can seat 10 - 12 people and has a whiteboard.  Call (573-651-2230), email kentreference@semo.edu, or visit the reference desk to reserve the room. Those reserving the room will be asked for their name, e-mail and phone number for reservation confirmation. If an organization is reserving the room, the name of the organization will also need to be provided.

Only Southeast faculty members and official campus organizations may reserve KL 335.

No faculty member or campus organization may reserve KL 335 for the same time slot more than two weeks consecutively and no more than two times per week.

The room may be reserved for up to three hours per day by each faculty member/campus organization.

Reservations can be made during times the reference desk is staffed.

Reservations must be made at least one business day in advance.  When the room is not reserved, it is available on a first come, first served basis.

KL411 Policy

One room on the 4th floor of Kent Library may be reserved for educational purposes. KL 411 is a large classroom that seats 36 and has two whiteboards. Call 573-651-2230, email kentreference@semo.edu or visit the reference desk to reserve the room. Those reserving the room will be asked for their name, e-mail and phone number for reservation confirmation. If an organization is reserving the room, the name of the organization will also need to be provided.

Only Southeast faculty members and official campus organizations may reserve KL 411.
