Room 215 - Information Literacy and Instructional Technology Classroom Use

Video Camera Responsibility & Checkout Policy

  1. I agree to go to the Instructional Materials Center Desk immediately if the video camera or its components are damaged, lost, stolen, or malfunctioning.
  2. I agree to return the video camera to the Instructional Materials Center desk where it was checked out when I return it.
  3. I agree to wait at least 15 minutes while the original condition of the video camera is verified before it is checked in.
  4. I have received and accepted custody of a Kent Library video camera and agree it is in good condition and working at the time of checkout.
  5. I am aware that library personnel are not responsible for teaching me how to use the video camera or for retrieving information lost on the video camera. Brief instructions are included in the case.
  6. I understand that I will be assessed a late fee in the amount of $20 per day beginning on the first day the video camera is over -due. If the video camera is over-due by 3 days, I will be charged for the replacement of the camera, $300. If I bring the video camera back after being charged the $300, the fee will be reduced to $60.
  7. I understand that the video camera only checks out to Southeast Missouri State University Students, Faculty, and Staff.
