development for Southeast Missouri, as an officer in the Himmelberger-Harrison
Land and Investment Company (1915-1925), as special representative for
the Little River Drainage District Association, as Secretary-Treasurer
of the National Drainage Association (1931-1933), and as Special
Assistant to the Secretary of Agriculture (1933-1935). Includes
